Articulate 360: Subscription Renewal FAQs

These FAQs cover everything you need to know about subscription renewals.
Note that for both individual and Articulate 360 Teams subscriptions, only the account owner can manage billing and payment methods. However, other user permissions can view other subscription details, such as the renewal date. Renewal Details & Reminders
Where do I find my renewal details?
We don’t want your upcoming renewal to take you by surprise, so we’ll send reminder emails 90 and 60 days before your renewal date. Reminders include information about your subscription, steps to verify or change your payment method, and a renewal summary quote.
The account owner can also find the renewal date and pricing info anytime on the Billing tab of the account dashboard. Admins can see the renewal date on the Manage Subscription tab.
Who gets notified about renewals?
We send reminder emails to the account owner 90 and 60 days before your renewal date.
Payment Options
What are my payment options?
All renewals can be paid via credit card. Articulate 360 Teams subscriptions can also be paid via purchase order (PO).
How do I update my payment method?
The account owner can update the payment method or manage credit card information from the Billing tab of the account dashboard.
How do I upload a renewal purchase order?
If the payment method on file is a purchase order, the account owner will see a prompt to upload a PO on the Billing tab of the account dashboard starting 90 days before your renewal date. When we process your renewal, you’ll receive a confirmation receipt. We’ll email you a formal invoice within three business days.
How do I get an invoice for my renewal?
Starting 90 days before your renewal date, the account owner will see a prompt to upload a PO on the Billing tab of the account dashboard. To receive an invoice, submit a PO following the upload prompt. Once we receive your PO, we'll process your renewal order and issue an invoice.
Subscription Terms
How often does my subscription renew?
Your renewal cadence depends on the term you purchased. Annual subscriptions renew every 12 months. Two-year subscriptions renew every 24 months. Three-year subscriptions renew every 36 months.
Can I switch to a monthly plan?
No, Articulate 360 subscriptions are only available in 1-year, 2-year, and 3-year terms.
Subscription Changes
Can I change my renewal date?
Your renewal automatically processes on the anniversary of your original purchase date. You can’t change the renewal date of an existing subscription.
Can I add or remove creator licenses at renewal?
Yes. If you’d like to change your subscription at the point of renewal, use our Subscription Changes form to let us know what you’d like to change. We’re happy to help!
Can I transfer subscription ownership to someone else?
Absolutely, we can change the ownership of your Articulate 360 Teams subscription. The current account owner can send a request to biz@articulate.com to authorize the transfer. We’ll need this info for the new owner:
- Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Billing address
We’ll complete the account transfer as soon as we have the details above. Learn more about the authority granted to the account owner.
