Rise 360 and Frontline: Generating and Editing Images
Article Last Updated Nov 6, 2026
Get the image your training needs without searching through stock libraries. Describe what you have in mind, refine it with follow-up prompts, and insert the version that fits your content. Keep reading to learn how.
Generate Your Image
Go to your Rise 360 or Frontline content, then use either of these methods to get started:
- Click AI Image in the shortcuts bar at the bottom.
- Click Block library > Generate AI block > Generate or edit an image.
In an interactive video, add a new checkpoint first.
The Media window should open on the AI Images tab. Then follow these steps:
- Type your prompt in the chat window on the left.
- Press Enter to submit your prompt. The result will appear on the right.
- (Optional) Click the Expand image icon in the lower-right corner of the image to see a larger preview.
- (Optional) Click the Download icon to save the generated image.
- Click Insert image in the lower-right corner of the screen once you’re satisfied with the result.
You can use the menu icons below the chat box to set a style, adjust image settings, add a reference image, or enhance your prompt.
Set a Style
Create images that match your training content with styles. Here’s how:
- Click Style (palette icon) in the lower-left corner of the chat box.
- Select a prebuilt style from the list to apply it. Click the down arrow next to a prebuilt style to view the prompt used.
- Click Copy to copy the prompt.
- Click Customize to create a new custom style based on that prompt.
- (Optional) Click Create style at the top to write your own style prompt or paste one you copied from a prebuilt style. Enter a name for your style, then enter your style prompt.
- Click Use without saving to apply the custom style for the current session. The style is deleted when you close the Media window.
- Click Save and use to apply the custom style now and save it for future use.
Saved custom styles remain available for future images. Copy or edit a saved style to adjust it. Saved styles also appear when you create avatar video characters.
Pro tip: As image generation models evolve, the list of prebuilt styles may change. To keep or replicate a style you like, copy its prompt and save it as a custom style.
Change the Image Settings
Click Image settings (sliders icon) to set the orientation of the image you want to generate. Available options include Landscape (default), Square, and Portrait.
Then, choose whether you want a Standard (default) or Transparent background. A transparent background helps your image blend into your content.
Add a Reference Image
Sharing your own visual assets helps the AI model create images that better convey your ideas. Add up to four reference images, one at a time. Here’s how:
- Click the Attach button (paperclip icon) in the lower-left below the chat box.
- Select your image from the file picker.
- Repeat to add more images.
- (Optional) To replace or delete a reference image, hover over it and click the Replace or Delete icon.
Enhance Your Prompt
Turn a bare prompt into a detailed one. Start with something simple like "A doctor" and let AI fill in the specifics so you land closer to the image you envisioned. Here’s how:
- Click Prompt assist (sparkle icon) in the lower-right corner of the chat box.
- Click Enhance with AI. AI rewrites your prompt to add vivid detail.
- Adjust the new prompt to match your vision, then submit it.
For images of people, AI adds details like clothing, pose, expression, lighting, and background.
Need a starter prompt? Click Quick prompts from the same menu for prebuilt descriptions, such as “A diverse team collaborating in a modern office.” Use them as is or edit them to fit your content.
Note: Inappropriate, offensive, and legally protected language can't be used to generate images. Prompts containing restricted language will be blocked or simply not generate content. Please see our content policy for additional information.
Edit Your Image
Modify a generated image by adding an object or adjusting a detail. Each change creates a new version, so you can compare results before choosing one.
To edit an image, follow these steps:
- Type a follow-up prompt in the chat window, then press Enter. A new version will appear in the results panel.
- Switch between versions using the filmstrip below the image or the arrows on either side.
- (Optional) Click Try again under a response to regenerate the image with the last prompt.
- (Optional) Click Start over in the upper-right corner to start over from scratch. This deletes all prompts and generated results. It also resets your style, orientation, and background settings.
When you’re satisfied with the result, click Insert image in the lower-right corner of the screen.
