This article applies to:
Want to see how your content looks and behaves, even before you've published? You can easily preview training at any time. Use the preview function to test interactive functionality, responsiveness across different devices, navigation, and more. Here’s how:
Open Preview
Click the Preview button in the upper right corner of the editor to switch to preview mode. For courses, preview launches in the course outline or lesson you're currently editing. When you’re done, click Edit to exit preview mode and return to where you left off in the editor.
Verify Responsiveness
Clicking the device icons in the upper right corner lets you see how your training will appear on computers, tablets, and smartphones. Since Rise 360 is fully responsive, your training should adapt automatically to each screen size and orientation. Be sure to check custom-built elements to ensure they remain usable at various screen resolutions.
Check Interactive Elements and Navigation
Preview lets you click through features, such as labeled graphic markers and accordion interactions, to see how learners will experience them. You can also check that course navigation settings like continue buttons, skip-ahead quizzes, and restricted navigation are working as expected.
