Storyline 360 doesn't support sound effects in PowerPoint animations (as shown below). When you import PowerPoint slides into Storyline 360, the animations will import but their sound effects won't.

Storyline 360 does support audio imported into PowerPoint via the Insert menu as well as narration recorded in PowerPoint. And Storyline 360 supports audio that was imported or recorded in Presenter.
