  • An accessibility checker in Storyline 360 and WCAG-compliant templates
  • Continuous updates that improve speed, reliability, and authoring workflows

We'll continue to support Studio 360, Replay 360, and Peek 360 through December 31, 2026, and we're here to help along the way. Keep reading for answers to common questions.

FAQs

These FAQs provide more details on the end of support for Studio 360, Replay 360, and Peek 360.

What does the end of support for Studio 360, Replay 360, and Peek 360 mean?

Beginning December 31, 2026, we'll no longer provide updates or technical support for Studio 360, Replay 360, and Peek 360.

What's the reason for this change?

These apps depend on legacy technology that's increasingly difficult to maintain. Their outdated framework limits our ability to deliver modern updates and enhancements. Additionally, data shows low usage and adoption across these products. By ending support for these apps, we can focus on enhancing our core products that bring the greatest value to you. This includes Storyline 360 and Rise 360, which offer AI-powered features, continuous updates, and all the tools you need to create engaging e-learning experiences.

December 2, 2020
We released the final feature update for Studio 360.

December 18, 2023
We released the final feature updates for Replay 360 and Peek 360.

December 31, 2026
We'll end support for Studio 360, Replay 360, and Peek 360.

Will Studio 360, Replay 360, and Peek 360 still work?

Yes. Studio 360, Replay 360, and Peek 360 will continue to work and display in the Articulate 360 desktop app after December 31, 2026, even if you purchase a new Articulate 360 subscription or install the desktop app after that date. Note that future operating system or Microsoft Office updates could impact the performance of these apps or prevent them from working.

Does this change impact anything else in my Articulate 360 subscription?

No. This change only affects Studio 360, Replay 360, and Peek 360. All other Articulate 360 apps and services will continue to function as they always have. Your subscription, billing, and account access won't be affected.

Can I still publish Studio 360, Replay 360, and Peek 360 content?

Yes. You can continue publishing content from Studio 360, Replay 360, and Peek 360. However, since these apps won't receive further updates, your ability to publish in the future may be affected.

Will my existing content from Studio 360, Replay 360, and Peek 360 still work?

Yes. Content you've already published from Studio 360, Replay 360, and Peek 360 will continue to work. Also, reviewers will still be able to view and comment on content you published to Review 360. Note that future browser updates could impact the performance of the published content or prevent it from working.

Do I need to republish my existing content from Studio 360, Replay 360, and Peek 360?

No. Existing content from Studio 360, Replay 360, and Peek 360 will continue to work and doesn't need to be republished. However, since these apps won't receive further updates, your ability to publish in the future may be affected. If you need to update content, we recommend importing your Presenter and Quizmaker projects into Storyline 360 and making changes there. Engage interactions can't be edited after import, so you'll need to rebuild those in Storyline 360.

How do I import content from Studio 360, Replay 360, and Peek 360 into Storyline 360 or Rise 360?

The import steps vary by app. Here's how it works:

Studio 360

You can import Studio 360 content directly into Storyline 360.

You can't import Studio 360 content directly into Rise 360. Import the content into Storyline 360 first, then add it to your Rise 360 course as a Storyline block.

Peek 360 and Replay 360

These apps publish content as MP4 videos, so you'll need to upload the videos directly into Storyline 360 or Rise 360:

Which Articulate 360 apps should I use for content I previously created in Studio 360?

You can use Storyline 360 to update or rebuild your Studio 360 projects and Rise 360 to create new responsive courses. You can also embed Storyline projects in Rise as Storyline blocks.

What are the options for capturing screen recordings instead of using Replay 360 or Peek 360?

Storyline 360 includes a built-in screen recorder you can use to capture your screen. You can also import pre-edited video files from other applications into Rise 360, Storyline 360, and Review 360.

Will Articulate release new screen recording or video editing tools?
