Backward Compatibility |
You can upgrade Storyline 2 projects to Storyline 360. However, you can’t open or edit Storyline 360 projects in previous versions. You can open Storyline 3 and Storyline 360 projects interchangeably unless a project includes features exclusive to Storyline 360. Note: Storyline 360 doesn’t support opening Storyline 1 project files. |

Importing Content |
You don’t need Microsoft PowerPoint or Presenter 360 installed to import presentations. You don’t need Quizmaker 360 installed to import Quizmaker 360 projects. You must have Engage 360 installed to import Engage 360 interactions. |

Publishing to Word |
You don’t need Microsoft Word installed to publish Storyline 360 projects to Word. Note: You must have Microsoft Word installed to use the legacy Word translation workflow. |
