We know privacy is important to our customers, and we want you to feel safe, knowing your Rise 360 courses are private and secure in your chosen data center, either US or EU.

We don’t look at content you create unless you specifically ask us for help with a course. Your Rise 360 courses are stored with bank-grade encryption. They're also encrypted in transit between your computer and our servers.

We only collect anonymous usage data from learners when you allow analytics to be collected for Rise 360 courses. We never use cookies on their machines. 

For content creators, we do monitor general usage data when you’re authoring Rise 360 courses, including how often features get used and errors that occur, so we can continually improve Rise 360.
