What is Articulate ID?
Articulate ID is your single sign-on for all things Articulate. Articulate ID lets you access Articulate 360, download software, participate in E-Learning Heroes discussions, and make store purchases. You only have to remember one username and password for all Articulate systems.
Articulate ID lets you manage your automated services, including subscriptions, and receive customized offers, pricing, and licensing arrangements tailored to you and your organization.
If you don't have an Articulate ID, you can create one here. It's free!
Why do I need to create an Articulate ID?
Articulate ID is required to access Articulate 360, download software, participate in the E-Learning Heroes community, and purchase subscriptions.

Can I share my Articulate ID with another user?
No. Your Articulate ID is yours alone. It's non-transferable and shouldn't be shared with anyone. Read this article for details from our terms of service.
What happens after I create my Articulate ID?
When you create an Articulate ID, you’ll receive an authentication request at the email address you provided when you registered. The request will be sent immediately, but if you don’t see it within a few hours, check your junk/spam folder. If you still don’t see it, please let us know.
Are there any requirements for the email address I use as my Articulate ID?
It must be a valid email address where you can receive messages, and it can't be longer than 70 characters.
We recommend using your organization's email address rather than a personal email address, so you’ll receive any special pricing or licensing options that are unique to your organization. And when you contact us, you'll be routed to the Articulate representative who’s most familiar with your organization.
What are the Articulate ID password requirements?
Passwords must be a minimum of eight characters with at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one number. Special characters are supported but aren't required.
When you reset your password, it must be unique. You can't repeat any of your last four passwords.
Does Articulate force users to change their password after a certain period?
We don't expire Articulate ID passwords or require users to change their passwords periodically. The U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) password guidelines no longer consider forced resets a best practice.
If your organization uses single sign-on (SSO), we can enable SSO with an Articulate 360 Teams subscription so you can manage and enforce your authentication requirements.
Why is my account locked?
If you enter the wrong password 20 times in a row, we temporarily lock your Articulate ID account. This is a security precaution in case someone attempts to guess your password. A locked account automatically unlocks after an hour so you can sign back in. Let us know if you have questions or need help.
Why should I provide my phone number?
Your phone number isn't required, but it helps us help you quickly if an issue arises.
What is Articulate’s privacy notice?
Read our privacy notice here. By creating an Articulate ID, you're agreeing to the terms of our privacy notice.
Is my E-Learning Heroes account the same as my Articulate ID?
Yes. The same email address and password give you access to E-Learning Heroes, Articulate 360, and software downloads.
Is my Articulate store account the same as my Articulate ID?
For Articulate 360 subscriptions, yes, you'll use your Articulate ID to make store purchases.
