Line Widths Are Different After Importing PowerPoint Content into Storyline 360
Article Last Updated Jan 24, 2024
This article applies to:
When importing a PowerPoint presentation into Storyline 360, you may find that some elements, such as borders and lines, have slightly different widths or thicknesses. This is due to the different units of measurement that PowerPoint and Storyline 360 use:
- PowerPoint uses points (pt), also known as twips.
- Storyline 360 uses pixels (px).
The conversion from points to pixels is not an exact one-to-one ratio. For example: 2 pt = 2.66 px
As a result, you may need to make some adjustments to line widths after importing a PowerPoint presentation into Storyline 360.
