Here's how Storyline 360 handles different video formats:

• MP4 and WebM videos are supported in Storyline 360 and will progressively download by default.
• Storyline 360 converts all other video file formats to MP4 and progressively downloads them in published courses. WebM videos remain in the WebM format.
