Tin Can API is a modern learning management system (LMS) specification, the next generation of SCORM.

Sometimes, Tin Can API is called Experience API or xAPI. These are all terms for the same LMS spec and can be used interchangeably.

We currently support xAPI version 1.0. (Minor version numbers vary—for example, Storyline 360 uses version 1.0.2.)
