AI in Articulate 360 helps creators go from idea to course faster without losing quality. Built into Rise 360 and Storyline 360, AI Assistant allows you to create and refine content as you work. And since it’s tailored for e-learning, it provides guidance for beginners while giving experienced authors the control they need.

If AI isn’t available in your subscription, your admin needs to enable access. Read on to learn what AI Assistant can do and how to request it if you don’t see it available in your subscription.

How to Enable AI Features

AI access is managed by your Articulate 360 subscription admin. If AI isn’t enabled, you’ll still see AI features in the apps, but they won’t be functional.

To get access:

• On the Articulate 360 home page, click the Ask your admin to enable AI button to send a request to your admin
• Or contact your admin directly

If you’re an admin with creator privileges, you’ll see an option to manage AI permissions instead.

Once your admin enables access, AI features will be available in Rise 360 and Storyline 360 with no additional setup required.
