Quick Share lets you connect your audience to your artifacts with just a link and provides an analytics dashboard that shows how your content is performing.
Your audience accesses quick share content via a link, simply copying and pasting the URL into their browser. By default, they're prompted to enter their information in a per-artifact guestbook, and you can add extra protection by requiring a password. If you've created multi-language training, users can even select their preferred language.
Quick share links can be shared outside of your organization. There's no limit to how many people can view a link, and they don't expire, so it's an excellent way to distribute your content widely.
Note: Quick share links must be viewed in a user's personal browser and aren't intended for embedding in web pages.

Publish and Distribute Quick Share Content
Getting started with Quick Share is easy. Follow these steps:
- Click Share from either an artifact card on the kit page or from the top menu within an artifact.
- Toggle Live Updates as needed. Enabled by default, this setting immediately updates your shared artifacts as they're edited.
- Set the Expected audience as needed. When a value is added here and the guestbook is enabled, you'll see an Engagement Rate metric on the artifact's analysis page.
- Toggle the Guestbook as needed. Enabled by default, this setting requires viewers to enter their name and email to access the content. Session tracking and engagement rate analytics are available only when the guestbook is enabled.
- Decide if you want your artifact to be Password protected. Disabled by default, this setting requires viewers to enter a password to access the content
- Modify the default settings as needed and click Generate Link.
Once the link is generated, simply click the Copy icon next to the URL and share it with your audience.
Update Quick Share Assets
When live updates are enabled, artifacts are updated as soon as they're updated in the editor; no further action is needed.
If live updates are disabled, you must click Share, and then, in the pending updates banner, click Send updates.
Note: Updates don't interrupt in-progress sessions for viewers. If a viewer is interacting with an artifact, they won't see pushed changes until they end their current session and start a new one.
Access Analytics
In addition to using the dedicated Analytics dashboard link to see training views, performance analysis, and more, you can jump directly to the analytics page for any artifact. Just click the Analytics icon at the top of each kit or artifact to open the analytics dashboard for that content.
