Frontline: Managing Comments
Article Last Updated Oct 22, 2026
This article applies to:
Once you've generated a multi-format kit, you can share links for individual artifacts with your team members so they can make comments. You can reply to and resolve their comments right in the artifact. Here's how it works.
Share the Comment Link
Commenting ability is available once you've generated an artifact. Follow these steps to share with teammates and gather feedback:
- Open the artifact.
- Click the Comments icon in the upper right corner to expand the Comments panel.
- Click the Copy link button or the icon at the top to copy the URL for commenters.
- Share this link with teammates who are part of your Frontline or Articulate 360 AI subscription.
Post Comments
You can add comments without leaving the artifact. With the link, stakeholders can add a new comment or reply to an existing one. Here’s how:
- Hover over a block or slide, then click the Comment icon in the upper-right corner.
- Type your comment in the floating text box, then press Enter or click Post (up arrow icon).
Comments automatically sync. Open your posted comments to access options to resolve, delete, and reply.
View and Interact with Comments
Expand the Comments panel to see all comments for the current artifact. To reply, click a comment to jump to the specific block. Blocks with open comments are denoted by the notification badge on the comment icon. You can only delete your own comments.
Resolve and Reopen Comments
As comments are addressed, you can resolve them directly from the panel to stay organized. To resolve an individual comment, open it or find the first comment in a discussion thread, then click the checkmark icon next to the commenter’s name.
You can also reopen a comment or discussion that was previously resolved. At the top of the Comments panel, click the category dropdown, select Resolved, then click the green Reopen checkmark icon on the comment you want to reopen.
