Signing Up for a Free Trial

Signing up for a free trial is as easy as entering your email address.

If you already have an account with us, you’ll be prompted to enter your password and activate your free trial. That’s all there is to it!

If you don’t have an account, create a password, enter your information (name, country, etc.), choose your data center region, and then activate your free trial from the confirmation email we’ll send you.

After activating your trial, answer a few quick questions to help us recommend the right experience for you. Based on your answers, we'll suggest either the Frontline trial or the Articulate 360 AI trial. You can always choose the other option if you'd prefer.

If you continue with Frontline, you can then explore all it has to offer, including complex AI workflows powered by Nova and an integrated suite of AI tools designed to accelerate training creation.

You can invite as many members as you want to join your Frontline team during the trial period. Note that everyone on the team shares the same pool of 50,000 credits during the trial period.

Buying a Subscription

Any member of your trial team can convert the trial to a subscription. When you’re ready, go to our pricing page, click Buy Now, and enter the email address and password you used to sign up for your free trial. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

If you don’t have an account or didn’t start a trial, you’ll be prompted to create a password, enter your information (name, country, etc.), and choose a data center region to complete your purchase.

Frontline is ideal when you need to purchase on behalf of someone else. For example, your company’s purchasing department might pay for a subscription and then designate you as an admin for the account.
