Frontline helps teams across an organization create learning and performance support that keeps pace with change. Transform existing documents or prompts into ready-to-share training kits, featuring decks, guides, interactive videos, and more. Find answers to common questions below.

What is Frontline?

Frontline helps turn any team’s knowledge and existing resources into training using a guided, AI-powered workflow. Upload source materials and share your goals to create a training kit with the formats your team needs.

What’s the difference between Frontline and Articulate 360 AI?

Frontline is designed for teams outside learning and development (L&D) who need a guided way to turn business knowledge into training. It creates connected training kits you can customize and share with learners. Frontline uses credits for AI-powered capabilities, including generating training, translating content, and creating AI avatar videos.

Articulate 360 AI is designed for L&D professionals who need a broader training authoring solution. Its core AI features are included with each seat, while some advanced capabilities require credits.

What can I create and customize with Frontline?

A Frontline kit includes a mix of formats: training decks, guides, interactive videos, scenarios, and quick references. You can customize each format to fit your audience and goals.

What are the system requirements for authoring and viewing Frontline training?

Frontline is a web-based experience. For the latest supported browsers and technical requirements, visit the Frontline system requirements page.

How do I share Frontline training?

Use Quick Share to publish an artifact and give your audience access to it through a link. You can share quick share links inside or outside your organization, and add options such as a guestbook or password protection.

Note: Quick share links aren’t designed to be embedded in web pages.

How do credits work with Frontline?

Complex Nova workflows in Frontline use credits. Credits are purchased for your subscription term and expire at the end of that term.
