Your Frontline dashboard has everything you need to generate a new kit—a ready-to-use training package composed of multiple different content types—or jump back into existing work. Here’s how to get around.

Identify the Main Dashboard Areas

Get started by signing in to your dashboard. Once you’re logged in, you’ll find three areas: the left sidebar navigation, the main section for generating kits, and the Pick up where you left off section, which displays your recently generated kits.

Explore the Sidebar Navigation

Other areas are accessible via the left sidebar navigation:

• Dashboard. Return to the Frontline dashboard.
• Library. Find all content that you have access to in your subscription.
• Analytics. Get insights into how your training is performing.
• Settings. Manage your account preferences.

At the bottom of the sidebar, find links to Resources and Support, along with your profile avatar, name, and organization. Click your name to see the Profile and Sign out links.

The sidebar navigation is collapsible. Select the toggle icon next to the Articulate logo at the top to collapse it to icons only, freeing up more space in the main section of the dashboard. When the sidebar is collapsed, hover over the Articulate logo to reveal the toggle, then select it to expand the labels.

Create Training from Your Dashboard

In the main section of your dashboard, a personalized greeting leads to your starting point for new training—an area where you can drag and drop files or choose another way to provide source material.

You have four options:

• Attach files directly from your computer. (Learn more about the supported file types and their limitations.)
• Add a link to content hosted elsewhere.
• Pick a file directly from Google Drive or OneDrive.
• Record your screen. (This is useful if you'd rather walk through a process than write it down.)

After adding your source material, describe what you want to create—including training goals and target audience—in the Instructions field. This step is required before you can proceed. If you have a brand theme, select it from the dropdown in the lower-left corner.

Nova powers multi-format kit generation, so you can use plain language in your prompts. The more specific you are about the training you want to create and the target audience, the better the output will be.

When you're ready, click Let's go to generate your kit.

Pick Up Where You Left Off

This section displays your recently generated kits in a card grid. Each thumbnail card shows the kit’s name, the number of artifacts, and the last update date.

Click any card to open that kit, or click View library on the right to see all your content.
